ResumeATS is offered on a free, self-service basis. Using the app means you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

Service description

The product is a browser-based resume analyzer that highlights ATS issues. It is provided “as-is” for educational purposes.

No guarantees

Scores and recommendations are guidance only. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or acceptance by any specific ATS.

• Different ATS platforms weigh formatting and keywords differently
• Uploading a resume may still fail if the original file is unreadable
• You are responsible for verifying every change you make

User responsibilities

You may not upload malicious files, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or misrepresent outputs as professional advice.

• Use ResumeATS only for lawful personal purposes
• Review all recommendations before updating your resume
• Do not automate bulk submissions or scraping

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and code belong to ResumeATS. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the tool.

Limitation of liability

ResumeATS is not liable for lost opportunities, data loss, or other damages arising from using or being unable to use the tool.

Termination and governing law

We may suspend access at any time for misuse or service maintenance. These terms are governed by applicable United States law.
